The Crowley Company began in 1981 as a distributor of micrographic equipment and has been serving the micrographics industry for close to 30 years. In the early 1990’s, Crowley Imaging began providing film scanning services to include the scanning of aperture cards, roll microfilm and microfiche. In October 2003, the Crowley Company went one step further and acquired Mekel technology, the leading manufacturer of high speed production microfilm and microfiche scanners which are manufactured in California by a highly talented and experienced staff who bring over 60 years of experience to the film scanning market.
